Children of the World Key Stage 1 and EYFS Production - 18th & 19th December 2019

We were delighted to appear in the newspaper again this year to show off our Key Stage 1 and Reception children in their nativity scene. The performance of "Children of the World" celebrated all the different ways in which Christmas is celebrated in countries around the world, but all with the same message of spreading joy and love and celebrating the birth of the new baby king.

How lovely that the children were able to learn about these different  traditions, including speaking phrases from other languages, alongside developing their performing skills.

We are so proud of their amazing singing, super-big voices and gorgeous costumes. Well done everyone!

Big thanks to the staff for all their work and patience in putting together such a great show.

Thank you for all the generous donations received following the performances. This year, the School Council decided to have a collection for the local homeless charity "Peterborough Soup Kitchen" which we thought was a lovely idea for this time of year. In total we raised a     fantastic £162.
