Dear Families

We are looking forward to seeing you once again at our upcoming Meet and Greet event on Wednesday 24^th September from 4:00pm-5:00pm. This is an event for all parents of children in year 1 through to year 6.

You will have the opportunity to visit your child's classroom and watch a presentation by the class teacher, providing important information and outlining what your child can expect from the year.

Whilst children are most welcome in our school, this event is aimed specifically at Parents, so you may find it most useful to attend without children, if at all possible. If you do need to bring children along, please ensure they remain seated with you- under your supervision- for the duration.

To support parents with more than one child in school, we will be running the presentations twice. The first presentation will be delivered at 4pm and will be repeated again at 4.30pm. We expect the presentation to be no more than 20 minutes long with a few minutes spare in between to look around the classroom and move on to the next class.

Please note: this is not a parent consultation evening so the class teacher will be unable to discuss individual children's needs and circumstances during this event. Individual parent consultation meetings are scheduled for w/c 20th October.
